  • Mental Health Therapist (Licensed or Associate Level)

    • We are searching for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist who is committed to providing quality counseling services to individuals, families, or groups, focusing on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. In addition to client counseling, the role involves coordinating with specialists for client referrals, tracking treatment progress, and ensuring a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

Positions Available:

  • Full-time and Part-time, with the option for Telehealth or in-person sessions. Scheduling is flexible.

Application Process:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.

  • Lead counseling sessions for individuals, families, or groups.

  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers for specialized treatments when needed.

  • Develop tailored treatment plans in line with client-specific needs.

  • Track and evaluate client progress throughout treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active, unrestricted license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW or be registered with the BBS (APCC, AMFT, ACSW).

  • A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work is required.

  • Previous experience in the field of psychotherapy is essential.

  • Strong communication abilities.

  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

  • Strict adherence to client confidentiality protocols.

  • Prior experience or knowledge in working with Veterans and the military is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $72,000 annually, with full-time or part-time employment options.
