Westly Figueroa is a dedicated mental health clinician with extensive experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care across diverse clinical and community settings. With a strong foundation in clinical mental health counseling and hands-on experience in crisis intervention, Westly supports individuals through all stages of treatment—from initial assessment and diagnosis to ongoing therapy and successful discharge planning.
Westley’s previous clinical work includes conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual and group therapy, and ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
In addition to clinical work, Westly brings a unique background as a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate with the U.S. Navy, where they provided critical support to survivors, coordinated care with medical and legal systems, and delivered large-scale prevention and education trainings. This experience reflects a deep commitment to advocacy, safety, and empowering individuals through recovery.
Westly also has extensive healthcare experience as a Hospital Corpsman, supporting patients in medical and surgical settings and contributing to large-scale public health initiatives, including vaccination efforts and clinical training programs. Their leadership experience includes supervising training programs and ensuring high standards of care and compliance across healthcare teams.
Westly is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
