I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker and graduate of California Baptist University, where I earned my Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Social Work. I have recently begun my clinical licensing journey and am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, healing, and personal growth.

My experience includes anti-human trafficking education, advocacy, and working with individuals experiencing anxiety, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), OCD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), domestic violence, depression, grief, and spiritual concerns. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

My therapeutic approach is individualized and may incorporate person-centered therapy, interpersonal therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, trauma-focused approaches, and motivational interviewing. I believe that each person has unique strengths and experiences, creating a different journey for all. I aim to meet clients where they are while supporting them in developing healthier coping skills, building resilience, and working toward meaningful change.
