I'm Nikki! I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Saint Mary's College of California. I also earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. My passion is creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story.
I believe that every person is unique, so I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method techniques, and person-centered therapy. I enjoy collaborating with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward the changes that matter most to you.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season or simply looking to better understand yourself, I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
