I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a field that I truly love. My passion for mental health care is rooted in my life journey, which led me here with purpose and dedication.

I began my career in the medical field, including honorable service in the U.S. Air Force. Later, I worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs while pursuing my degree in Counseling. In 2010, I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with children, adults, couples, and families. Since starting my private practice in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of growing our team to include other experienced and compassionate therapists. I currently provide therapy services in person (in Murrieta, CA, and surrounding areas) and via Telehealth.

I specialize in treating trauma and its impact on every part of life. I also have extensive experience with addiction and substance use disorders, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I understand that reaching out for help—especially for the first time—can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space so that when you take that first step, you don’t have to take it alone.
