I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Park University and a Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Military and Families Culture.
I bring over 20 years of military service and a recent transition to civilian life into my work as a counselor. That firsthand experience of navigating deployment, transition, and reintegration shapes how I show up for the veterans, active-duty service members, and military families she works with. I understand the terrain because I have walked it myself.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I meet clients where they are, with an understanding that resilience often looks different than people expect, and that asking for support takes real courage, especially within military culture.
