I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University and bring experience working with diverse populations across developmental stages and settings. I previously worked with high school students navigating grief, social anxiety, academic challenges, and life transitions, where I learned the importance of meeting people with patience, curiosity, and respect for their lived experiences.

Currently, I work as a forensic mental health counselor, providing treatment to mandated individuals and supporting clients as they navigate sex offender curriculum alongside ongoing mental health care. This work has strengthened my commitment to approaching every client with empathy, accountability, and dignity.

Across all settings, I strive to provide the kind of support everyone deserves; empathetic, non-judgmental, and most of all genuine. I meet clients where they’re at and work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive space where growth and healing can occur. My goal is to help clients feel seen and supported as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.y.
