I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Langston University and a Master of Arts in
Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine
University. I am currently a doctoral candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at National
University, with a focus on Culture, Diversity, and Social Justice in a Global Context.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and integrative. I view each client
holistically, taking into account their cultural, relational, and systemic context. I draw from
attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, and family systems frameworks,
tailoring interventions to each client’s unique identity, history, and goals. I work to create a safe,
nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward
meaningful change.
I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression,
trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and intergenerational
patterns. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents, emerging adults, women,
and clients from historically underserved communities.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients build insight, resilience, and the tools they need to live
with greater clarity, connection, and intention.
