Since 2023, I have served a diverse clientele, from youth to senior-age clients, clients from many races and ethnicities, LGBTQ+ clients, as well as neurodivergent clients (ADHD, Autism, and others) and clients with developmental disabilities. The time and trust offered to me by clients seeking Telehealth counseling services has provided many opportunities to employ a variety of modalities to achieve highly-individualized care and welcome results. Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Logotherapy, Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy are my preferred therapeutic methods to achieve optimal mental health outcomes for those I serve.

I have been trained in providing Telehealth services. I have counseled clients on a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, trauma, family and relationship conflicts, LGBTQ+ issues, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, perfectionism, procrastination, addiction, physical/sexual abuse, first - generation American/immigrant concerns, lifespan adjustment/aging concerns, and grief/bereavement.

I also offer mentoring/coaching in areas of personal and professional development.

Dr. Viktor Frankl said "the meaning of life is to give life meaning." As a therapist, I find meaning in helping others find meaning, and meaningful solutions, in their lives.

I was raised in California and Nebraska. Most of my adult life I have worked in the field of services for developmentally disabled individuals, as well as working with blind and visually impaired individuals, and tutoring at the collegiate level. In my personal life, enjoying time with loved ones, reading, traveling, and being near the ocean are favorite pastimes of mine. Music and creativity are similarly endless sources of passion and fascination for me.

I am a graduate of Palo Alto University’s Masters in Counseling program. Previously, I worked at the Palo Alto University eClinic
