I earned my Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from San Jose State University. As an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), I strive to enhance the well-being of those I serve through compassion, understanding, and empowerment. As a bilingual and bicultural clinician, I possess cross-cultural adaptation skills which allow me to support clients of all backgrounds.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strengths-based, and trauma-focused care. These modalities allow me to help individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, personality disorders and PTSD. I have experience working with children, couples, older adults and survivors of trauma.
I am passionate about providing a safe space for clients through cultural humility, interpersonal rapport, and advocacy.
