Diane is a compassionate trauma-informed therapist who is deeply committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of safety and self-worth. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and is a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in California.

Diane brings a unique depth of life and service experience to her work. She has supported survivors of complex trauma across a variety of settings, including individuals recovering from sexual violence, human trafficking, war-related trauma, disaster events, and addiction recovery. Her approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.

Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques, Diane helps clients develop practical tools to navigate difficult emotions, process trauma, and build resilience. She believes healing happens in safe relationships and is honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater hope, strength, and well-being.
